Moose Pack Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mac Guardian AI on your personal Mac computer(s). The Free version may be used indefinitely. The Pro version requires a valid one-time purchase.
Mac Guardian AI is an autonomous Mac performance and security agent. It may:
Mac Guardian operates with the permissions you grant it. It does not modify system files, access personal documents, or transmit personal data without your explicit consent.
Mac Guardian AI collects minimal anonymous telemetry (app version, macOS version, feature usage counts) to improve the product. No personal files, documents, browsing history, or sensitive data is collected or transmitted. You may disable telemetry in Settings.
When AutoPilot is enabled (Pro only), Mac Guardian runs scheduled optimization tasks in the background. All AutoPilot actions are logged and visible in the app's Activity panel. You may disable AutoPilot at any time.

Mac Guardian AI is the intellectual property of Moose Pack Inc. The software, its design, branding, and underlying algorithms are protected by copyright. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Software.
Mac Guardian AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Moose Pack Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, system issues, or security breaches. Always maintain your own backups.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
