End User License Agreement

Effective date: July 10, 2026 · Licensor: Moose Pack Inc™ (Arizona) · iammvm1@gmail.com

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Moose Pack Inc™ for the MacGuardian™ software ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control, for the tier you purchased. Perpetual tiers (XR, XD, MAX) are licensed for the purchased version line.

2. License keys

Your license key is bound to your email. Do not share, resell, or publish it. We may revoke keys obtained through fraud, chargeback, or redistribution.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble except where this restriction is prohibited by law; (b) circumvent or disable license validation or the ActionGate safety controls; (c) rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software or keys; or (d) remove proprietary notices.

4. What the Software does on your device

The Software analyzes system performance entirely on-device and can take performance actions (re-prioritizing processes, clearing regenerable caches, snapshotting active files via Work Guard). Higher-impact actions require your explicit on-device confirmation. You are responsible for confirmed actions. Work Guard keeps a limited local version-history and is not a full backup solution.

5. Telemetry / privacy

The Software does not transmit your system data, process list, file contents, or snapshots off your Mac. Anonymous diagnostics and account/license data are handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates & ownership

We may provide updates; perpetual licenses include updates as described for your tier. The Software is licensed, not sold. Moose Pack Inc retains all rights, including the MacGuardian™ mark.

7. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid, as described in the Terms of Service. We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages. Maintain your own backups.

8. Termination & governing law

This license terminates automatically on breach; you must then stop using and delete the Software. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
